For those living in Tarabya, Sariyer, Ferahevler, Yenikoy, Derbent and/or Haciosman, I suggest Tarabya Milenyum Cocukevi. It is very clean, the personnel is very friedly. It is indeed the best choice in this area of Istanbul.
